Membership Commitment

The minimum membership contribution is $2,500, which secures your company’s entry into the MDDC network. Additional partnership tiers may be available based on your level of engagement and collaboration with MDDC initiatives.

How to Get Involved:

1. RSVP for the Event: Join us in-person or virtually to contribute to policy discussions.

2. Submit a Presentation: Share your expertise or propose actionable ideas during the webinar or live sessions.

3. Collaborate on Policy: Participate in drafting the AI governance guidelines, ensuring inclusivity and innovation.

Terms Of Service

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Eligibility – Membership is subject to approval by the MDDC. Companies must demonstrate alignment with the Commission’s mission to advance digital innovation and governance.

2. Confidentiality & Ethics – Members agree to uphold professional integrity and respect confidentiality regarding Commission discussions, partnerships, and initiatives.

3. Participation Requirement – Active engagement is encouraged through attendance at MDDC events, collaboration on municipal projects, and contribution to policy discussions.

4. Financial Commitment – The $2,500 membership fee is non-refundable and grants access to standard benefits for a one-year term. Additional contributions may be required for expanded partnerships or pilot program participation.

5. Termination Clause – MDDC reserves the right to revoke membership if a company is found to be in violation of ethical guidelines, fails to participate meaningfully, or acts against the Commission’s interests.
